Year 7 Entrance Exam
Our Year 7 Entrance Exam for September 2022 entry will take place on Wednesday 12th January 2022 from 8.45am to 3.45pm.
Important Dates
Closing Date for Applications – Monday, 3 January 2022
Date of Entrance Examination – Wednesday, 12 January 2022
Interviews will be held – Week beginning 24 January 2022
Offer letters sent out – Week beginning 7 February 2022
Replies to offers due by – Friday, 5 March 2022
In order for your child to sit the Entrance Exam you should submit an application form. These are available by contacting admissions@ohgs.co.uk. Once you have submitted the application form your child will be invited to sit our entrance exam.
During the morning your child will sit the following exams:-
Maths – 1 hour
Verbal Reasoning – 1 hour
English Reading – 35 minutes
English Writing – 30 minutes
There will be a short break in the morning and your child will be provided with a drink and a snack. Once all the assessments are completed, your child will have lunch at school before enjoying an afternoon of fun activities, after which you will be asked to collect your child at 3.45pm.
